Hatha Yoga
With the holidays on the horizon, come to this hour long stress relieving Hatha Yoga class. Work on your balance, strength, flexibility, breathing, and focus. This class is designed to be “Movement Medicine” as you work on the key elements to overall health. Welcomed to all levels of physical ability.

Spruce Tip Pots
The air turns cool, the leaves fall, the flowers wilt… Fall colors have faded. BUT THERE'S HOPE! Place a colorful spruce tip pot to either side of your front door to welcome you home each day. You will create your own spruce tip pot with a selection of materials provided. As you assemble the materials with help if needed, enjoy conversation with friends over a cup of warm cider or hot cocoa. This class will provide you with knowledge of the tools, materials, and creative ideas to make them on your own, although you just might find yourself signing up again for the fun experience!
Please bring your own pot to fill-up to 2 gallon size!

Charcuterie 101
Do you want to wow your friends with fancy Charcuterie board making skills? Now is the time to learn! A small tray will be provided and you will be guided on how to display meat, cheese, fruit, nuts, artisan crackers, etc. You will also learn how to make meat roses and discover the best grape and cheese pairings. You will leave with a little history, a completed tray to enjoy later at home, and the skills to continue making your own boards!

Holiday Pines Centerpiece
Is your home decorated for Christmas and now you just need the finishing touch on your holiday dinner table?
Join us for a hands-on floral design workshop! Together we will create a lush bouquet of mixed winter pines including fragrant cedar, balsam, and more! Your centerpiece of greens will be accented with pinecones, everlasting berries, ornaments, and other items to choose from including feathers, birch branches, ribbons, etc.
Basic design instruction including arrangement techniques and décor style will be taught by our floral designers. Whether you love glitter and bling or natural and woodsy, we will provide you with the things you need to create and take home the perfect finishing touch to your holiday festivities.
Bring your gal pals and come play for the holiday!

Stained Glass Mosaic
Learn to create a beautiful piece of mosaic art using stained glass. The finished pieces will be approximately 11x14 inches. You'll start by picking or creating patterns. Your inspiration for your piece can be shared with Little Falls Community Services so the design can be drafted before the class starts, or you can use instructor ideas that you can choose from the day of the class. You will learn how to safely cut glass to create tiles, how to lay your tiles to accentuate your design, and how to glue, grout, and finish your design!
All of the tools and supplies for your piece are included in the price, as well as a mid-day lunch to be held in the space above the glass studio.
This is a great activity to do with a group of family members or friends, and you get a 10% discount if you register an entire party of ten!
